SHIPPING POLICY
We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We aim to process and fulfill your order within 1-2 business day of receiving the order. Items placed after 1PM Central will ship next business day.
If the item is back ordered (noted in red box on product page), item will ship on expected ship date listed, or as soon as available.
Please note that shipping time at checkout are auto-generated estimates provided by the shipping carriers themselves, and account for ship time only and do not guarantee or account for packing / handling time. We recommend ordering with a 1-2 days buffer before a trip in case of an unexpected delay. Please email us at support@ardencove.com us if you want to confirm a certain delivery date.
We reserve the right to modify the shipping carrier for your order if we can ensure a comparable or expedited delivery time at the same shipping cost. Additionally, should there be a significant disparity, we may consider issuing a partial refund for the shipping charges incurred.
All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Deliveries occur Monday - Friday. Prices in USD.

**We are now using DHL (Ecommerace & Express Worldwide) and UPS Worldwide Expedited® for international orders, which does calculate duty & taxes at checkout. If you are somehow choosing other carriers at checkout, the following applies**
Standard USPS shipping on international orders may not guarantee tracking once it leaves the US (dependent on the local carrier that will pick up at the border. For ex. Canada Post will provide tracking.)
In all other countries, we recommend DHL, UPS, or FedEx for continuous tracking to destination. Otherwise, we will not be able to provide tracking once it leaves the US.
Shipping paid covers the expense of delivery only. Postage does not cover charges assessed by customs in the destination country.
Customs, duties and other fees assessed by the destination country for an item can NOT be paid when the item is mailed. The recipient of the mailpiece is the only one who can pay the customs fees.
You will be responsible for paying customs fees upon delivery of your package. Since the duty fees are different between countries, cities, provinces, ect, we cannot calculate this into the shipping cost. Shipping cost is discounted to help balance this out.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time. When shipping internationally, there are too many factors outside of our control to accurately predict when a package might be delivered. DHL, FedEx, and UPS tend to be more reliable with delivery dates.
For Military Overseas:
APO/FPO/DPO addresses, you need to use USPS for delivery and follow the instructions for domestic pricing:
- The delivery line (the second line from the bottom in the address) must show the word “UNIT”, “CMR” (Community Mail Room), or “PSC” (Postal Service Center) and number; and box number assigned.
- The last line must contain the APO or FPO designation, the appropriate two-letter "state" abbreviation, (AA, AE, or AP) followed by the ZIP+4® or five-digit ZIP Code™ number (when applicable "United States" or "USA" would be the country name utilized).
- Do not include the country or the base camp’s city, as it might be routed through the host country’s mail system. (Put US when prompted for country)

Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
We aim to fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days. We typically pack Monday to Friday before 1 PM CST. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day (For example, an order placed after this time on a Friday night will not ship until Monday Morning).
If there are any problems with your order, such as an invalid address, the package may be delayed. We will email you to remedy any errors as soon as possible.
Items that are backordered (Out of stock, noted with a red box on the product page), will ship on the date indicated or sooner if ready to ship earlier. If there are delays in shipment we will email you. Feel free to contact us to check on your order.
When will my order will be delivered with Free Shipping?
Our free shipping can take 2-8 business days depending on where it's headed.
I would recommend going though the checkout process and enter your address to get a better day estimation. We also offer several options for paid expedited shipping.
Please note that the estimation is in business days, not total days!
Please allow an extra day for fulfillment, as the estimation is for ship time only. We typically pack Monday to Friday before 1 PM CST.
I want to order an item out of stock. When will it be available?
We aim to add dates for when we will have the item back in stock whenever possible. You can see the expected ship date in the red box on the product page when the item is selected.
As soon as the item is available we will fulfill the order. If you order more than one item when one is in stock and one is back ordered, please email us if you would like the order to be sent separately. By default the order will be sent together.
We try to give the best estimate to our abilities but sometimes there are delays in production or shipping. If we are delayed past the estimated date, we will send an email to notify you.
Will the package be delivered on the weekend?
USPS mail is delivered nationally Monday through Saturday. On Sunday they do deliver Express Mail.
For FedEx Home Delivery, they deliver between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
DHL deliver parcels from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00.
I have a international address. When will my package arrive?
We offer several options for International deliveries. Just go through our checkout process and you can see a day estimate on the shipping options.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a delivery time. When shipping internationally, there are too many factors outside of our control, such as customs at the border, to accurately predict when a package might be delivered.
If you want a more reliable delivery date, please select FedEx, DHL or UPS at checkout. Please email us at support@ArdenCove.com if your country does not have any other options at checkout and we would be happy to assist you.
I am an international customer. How can I track my package delivery?
If you are an international order missing your package, please note that First Class International Mail does not guarantee tracking once it leaves the US. This is because it will transfer to the local postal service so it is up to them to provide tracking. For example customers in Canada should enter their tracking to Canada Post's website, and UK customers should use the Royal Mail website.
FCPIS tracking available only to: Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, France, Netherlands, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Israel and Brazil.
If you would like continuous tracking for any other country, you should select DHL, FedEx, or UPS as your shipping option.
My package says it's delivered but I do not have it.
We always recommend delivering to an address where you will be in person to accept, as there has been cases of stolen packages from front doors.
First, we recommend double checking your front door/porch/lobby thoroughly. Sometimes a mail person may place the package in a corner, under a door mat, or behind a bush when no one is home.
Next, I would recommend placing a call to your local post office or carrier to make sure it is not just on the way or placed behind the desk for pickup. Sometimes packages are marked "delivered" preemptively when the package is close but still on the way. If this is the case, it may be delivered soon.
