While traveling, we’ve seen our fair share of crime on the road:
- A pick pocket stealthily picking out designer shades from a purse while walking down a busy street.
- You bump into someone while exiting the train, while another person reaches into your bag from behind.
We’ve designed a beautiful bag to combat these all-too common crimes, to ward off thieves and opportunists while providing an elegant and functional bag that’s perfect for travel or everyday use.
ANTI-THEFT CROSSBODY FEATURES
Every single feature you see on the Arden Cove Anti-Theft Travel Crossbody has been purposefully built and extensively tested for optimal functionality.
There are two sizes:
- Full: L: 8.5”, H: 6.5”, W: 2.5”
- Mini: L: 6.5”, H: 4.5”, W: 2.25”
Initially, the bag will come in two colors (Cream/brown and Black), but more colors will become available if we reach our goal.

THE ARDEN COVE STORY
Arden Cove started with two sisters who wanted to make bags they couldn’t find on the market. Tired of poorly-made or cute-but-useless bags. Tired of wondering if an unexpected drizzle would mean some fresh damage in our bags. We wanted bags that were beautiful and functional. Bags that would endure the abuse we put our belongings through day in and day out.
Other travel daypacks lacked security and basic features that should be no-brainers. An open top purse invites a hand in. Thieves can turn the lock on a purse so silently most people would never notice until it’s too late.
Over several months we’ve gone through many prototypes and iterations. We’ve refined our core vision for what the Anti-Theft Crossbody can be while also making something beautiful and functional suitable to a wide range of uses. All of this hard work and effort has led us to the bag you see here. The perfect companion for every-day use or the on-the-go traveler.
What is Indiegogo?
Indiegogo is a crowd-funding platform. Creators who have projects but need financial support to launch turn to sites like Indiegogo to set up a campaign to find people around the world who are interested in the project and pledge their financial support.
Think of it like pre-ordering, plus some nice perks in return for your support - like a discount off the retail price, or having a say in deciding what color we should choose.

We are launching on Indiegogo to raise the funds to meet our minimum order.
