SHipping & Delivery
We aim to fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days. We typically pack Monday to Friday before 1 PM CST. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day (For example, an order placed after this time on a Friday night will not ship until Monday Morning).
If there are any problems with your order, such as an invalid address, the package may be delayed. We will email you to remedy any errors as soon as possible.
Items that are backordered (Out of stock, noted with a red box on the product page), will ship on the date indicated or sooner if ready to ship earlier. If there are delays in shipment we will email you. Feel free to contact us to check on your order at Support@ArdenCove.com
We sell online only at this time. You can shop our bags on ArdenCove.com and Amazon.
Items may vary slightly as Amazon holds different versions of the bags (slightly different color zippers, for example). The Amazon listing will have the accurate description and photos of that item.
We ship worldwide. Please go through the checkout flow to see shipping costs.

Our free shipping can take 2-8 business days depending on where it's headed.

We aim to add dates for when we will have the item back in stock whenever possible. You can see the expected ship date in the red box on the product page when the item is selected.
As soon as the item is available we will fulfill the order. If you order more than one item when one is in stock and one is back ordered, please email us if you would like the order to be sent separately. By default the order will be sent together.
We try to give the best estimate to our abilities but sometimes there are delays in production or shipping. If we are delayed past the estimated date, we will send an email to notify you.
Absolutely! We do not have this automated on our website but please email us at support@ardencove.com and we'll be happy to print a packing slip omitting the price.

USPS mail is delivered nationally Monday through Saturday. On Sunday they do deliver Express Mail.
For FedEx Home Delivery, they deliver between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
DHL deliver parcels from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00.
We offer several options for International deliveries. Just go through our checkout process and you can see a day estimate on the shipping options.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a delivery time. When shipping internationally, there are too many factors outside of our control, such as customs at the border, to accurately predict when a package might be delivered.
If you want a more reliable delivery date, please select FedEx, DHL or UPS at checkout.

Arden Cove bags are created to help you travel with peace of mind at home or abroad. Each feature is made to be easy to use while providing protection, including slash-resistant lining, clasps to lock zipper compartments, and RFID-blocking to protect your cards.

Arden Cove bags are designed to be water-resistant, not waterproof. The exterior fabric is a nylon backed with rubber to seal water out. By pairing the rubber backed nylon exterior with waterproof zippers, water is almost impenetrable, but I still wouldn't recommend dunking your bag in a pool!
The water-resistant features are there to protect from the rain, snow, and spills. If you drop your bag into the water accidentally, it should escape without leaks but it's not designed to go diving with.
The metal hardware is durable but like all metals, will tarnish quicker in certain conditions. Thus, when the metal gets wet we recommend rinsing off any potential salt, and wiping dry the bag once you get inside.

Product Care and Repairs
Keep your bag away from rough surfaces to reduce the risk of scratches.
Avoid contact with products containing chemicals – hand cream, make-up and perfume.
If you’re not careful and overfill your handbag, soon it will lose its shape.
If your bag gets wet, most water will roll off. Once you get inside we recommend gently wiping off any excess droplets with a with a soft, non-coloured, absorbent cloth. In particular, we recommend drying the metal hardware to keep it from tarnishing. If it was wet for an extended period of time, dry with a blowdryer on low to medium heat.
Avoid storing your bag in high temperatures or high humidity, keep in a protective dust bag.
WATERPROOF NYLON
Due to its durable, waterproof material, the Arden Cove bags are super easy to care for and clean.
While messes can still happen, can be dealt with by simply using a washcloth with a mix of light detergent and water. Do not soak. The material will expand with water so it might look a little puffy at first, but the material will dry back to the original state. Wipe off excess water and use a blowdryer to dry.
When using other cleaning products, we suggest patch testing somewhere hidden before cleaning the whole bag to make sure there's no chemicals that will discolor the fabric.
In this video we tested 6 different stain removers and cleaners to see which worked best.
MICROFIBER FAUX LEATHER
The faux leather we use is a very high-quality and durable material as well. To clean, spot clean with a damp cloth. Dry off immediately with clean microfiber cloth and do not soak.
Do not scrub with abrasive sponge or brush, as this may lead to scratches.
We recommend keeping a bag in storage in a protective dust bag. Pack the purse with paper filling to keep its shape. Store upright, without items on top. Keep away from high teperatures and high humidity.
WATERPROOF NYLON
If you accidentally crease your bag, simply use a blowdyer to smooth out the lines. Start on medium heat and increase as necessarily. Be careful not to overheat.
The exterior nylon is not cut resistant. The slash proof material is actually inside the bag, sandwiched between the waterproof nylon and the inner polyester lining. That being said, the nylon holds up well.
One customer took a kitchen knife and tried cutting the bag open, mistaking the nylon for the slash proof material. The bag escaped with some minor scratches, but don't try this at home!
If you have some minor scratches, like scruff marks, try soapy water (like a clear detergent) or baby wipes to lessen the appearance of the marks. If the fibers are actually torn, then there might not be a good way to fix that. :( Here's to hoping it is the former!!
MICORFIBER FAUX LEATHER
Wipe any scratches lightly with microfiber cloth or wipe with isopropyl alcohol, working in one direction only. Immediately after, dry the spot with a blowdryer on medium heat. Repeat until the scratch is less notable.
If the scratch is deep, take to a professional service.
METAL HARDWARE
The metal hardware is durable but like all metals, will tarnish quicker in certain conditions.
When the metal gets wet we recommend wiping dry the bag once you get inside. Do not store in a high humidity environment.

Your Arden Cove product is made to last, but if something happens, we’re here to help. We offer a one-year warranty on all Arden Cove bags and accessories.
For any quality-related issues within this time frame, repairs are on us. Beyond the warranty, repairs are offered at set fees.
If you have an issue with your bag or small leather good, email us at support@ardencove.com to find out more about the repairs. Please include a photo and order number for us to better assist you. From there we will send further instructions on getting your item repaired. If it cannot be repaired you may quality for a replacement if you are within warranty.
You can also send your bag to our address yourself. We recommend using an insured, trackable service such as UPS or FedEx:

We try to repair items as timely as possible. For items shipped to us from the U.S., it can take one to two weeks from when we receive the item.
Items shipped to us from outside the U.S. will take three weeks or more depending on ship time.
