Hi Angela, thank you for your feedback! This happens to many leather straps & buckles (not just ours), and a way to get rid of it is actually with some heat from a hairdryer! Apply heat and massage until the indents smooth out. They will also naturally go away with use, but the heat helps speed up the process.

I purchased the bum bag with both the lacquered strap and the faux leather strap back in early July in preparation for a Europe trip in August, and I waited to review the purse until after our trip. I’m very particular when it comes to bags, and I was intending this purse to be just for trips going forward. It has absolutely surprised me in how much I adore it, and it’s easily my favorite choice as an every day bag. I have grown to love the clasps, making my purse feel safe in any scenario; I love the pocket on the back for quick access to my phone; I love that you can single handedly unzip the main pocket, rifle about, and close it again w/o needing a second hand. It’s been rained on, had hand sanitizer spilled on it, beer spilled on it, I’ve cleaned it with wipes and it still looks brand new. The lack of visible wear on this purse is great. The two places I see wear after daily use for 3 1/2 months is in the clasps where some of the gold has worn off where the metal meets metal (but not jarringly so, as the metal underneath is bronze), and on a small bit of fabric inside the front pocket where the zipper snagged it. These two things are insignificant when compared to how rough I am with purses and how lovely it still looks. I get genuine compliments and inquiries on where I’d purchased it (which was after weeks of research, trying to find actual cute travel purses). All in all, I’m very happy. My mom got another Arden Cove purse and enjoys hers as well.
Used the Arden Cove Purse all through Ireland. It was perfect! I could fit my iPhone, money, credit cards and glasses in it without a problem. The length of the strap was comfortable and secure. Plus, it looked great with all my outfits. Weather I dressed up or down.
I was asked several times what kind of purse it was and I highly recommended it!
I wore this bag all over Rome, Barcelona and the islands in between. I felt safe keeping our passports in the inside zippered pocket and clipped the outside pockets closed. It fit well and was comfortable. And the best part! It looks cute. Not like other travel bags. I also bought the phone leash and had it clipped to the bag and in my pocket. All stayed safe!
This bag is super cute and stylish. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that it is too small for me. I can barely put in my passport and phone. It’s good for a phone and lip gloss and that’s it. I was going to order the bigger bag but I didn’t like the color or style of them.
The chain is well made and attractive but heavy on my neck and tended to get tangled. I wanted something theft resistant for travel but this did not feel practical.
I purchased your purse for my trip to Canada later this year. Overall the design and organization of the purse is very thought out. The built in RFID credit card protection. The versatility of changing the handles gives the opportunity to change the look of the purse from a casual to dressy look. Keep up the good work!
I bought both the regular & mini-crossbody bags. They are great - sturdy, look very nice, & the straps are adjustable (I am plus size & have no problems with fit).
Spent 2 1/2 weeks in France. The purse was large enough for everything I needed including a pair of reading glasses and sunglasses. Loved the security features. Favorite aspect is being able to change the strap for nicer evenings out.

I love that the bag has the RFID protection for my credit cards. I looked at many travel safe crossbody bags but the colors and materials weren't right for me. I love this one because it's actually leather and the cream color matches everything!
I love this Magnolia retractable phone lanyard! I am using daily when I wear pockets, and in a phone case or attached to a belt loop when no pockets. I plan to use it with my RFID Baggalini pouch when we travel to Europe in September. I like it so well that my sister bought one too, for her upcoming trip!

I bought the Myko mini crossbody bag for my trips to Europe this summer. I have the taupe color which goes with everything. The bag itself surprised me in how much it holds. I was able to get two passports, sunglasses (cloth case), credit cards, my Iphone 16 and lip gloss in the bag comfortably. It's a beautiful bag and I've received tons of compliments. I love that it's cute and fashionable and not clunky like those crossbody bags. I would 100% recommend!
I’m traveling to Europe this fall, and wanted to get an anti theft purse. The Arden Cove Verona purse was a perfect choice. The purse is excellent quality, and very stylish. I love black purses with gold hardware. I’m confident that it will hold everything that I need. I chose the wider strap to add safety, and I really love how the zippers buckle into the extra safety locks. Thank you Arden Cove for making such a nice product!
I ordered the Savona Zippered RFID Blocking Passport Wallet for a golf trip to Ireland. I like that the wallet is smaller and thinner than my usual wallet, but still was able to hold multiple credit cards and ID, safely zippered inside. I kept my passport in the wallet throughout the entire trip, and it fit nicely and securely. I also was able to easily keep Euros in one side of the wallet, though I had to fold some American dollars to fit. I will be keeping this on hand for all of my upcoming travels.

After getting my card skimmed, I decide to buy the SAVONA ZIPPERED RFID BLOCKING PASSPORT WALLET. The one issue I've had is that the place where the clip is sewed on can't handle a lot of weight. So, that part broke, but I just connected my keys to an alternative part.
